Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms looked very modern and nice, but they were small and not well-equipped. The service was extremely helpful initially, but they stopped refreshing our shower gel after the 2nd night. The location was very convenient, despite some disappointments. The dining was decent, with a friendly staff. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was modern and clean with a great view, but there were issues with noise and a sewage smell. The location was excellent, near many restaurants and attractions, but the service was lacking compared to other places I've been. The dining options were average, nothing special. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is a clean and tidy place, full of comforts, right next to few guestrooms. The rooms are well decorated, clean, and comfortable, although they were meant to be cleaned every day. The service could be more professional, especially from two of the ladies there. However, the location is unbeatable, close to the best beaches and restaurants, allowing easy access to explore the island. The dining experience was okay but could have been more varied. The facilities are decent, with a good selection of amenities.
The hotel is in a prime location, close to the main street, offering a modern and clean room with a lovely view over the square and sea. However, there were some issues with a sewage smell despite efforts to clean up, and another couple had a problem with cockroaches in their room.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern with a great view over the square and sea, offering a good size and a nice bathroom. The proximity to the main street was convenient, but unfortunately, there was a persistent awful smell in the room, reminiscent of an ashtray.
The hotel has a mix of highlights and drawbacks. The rooms are pleasant and clean with a spacious balcony offering lovely views, yet the odor reminiscent of an ashtray could be off-putting. The service is generally helpful, especially with the assistance of Filippos at the reception. The location in Solomos Square is superb for exploring Zante Town, though dining options could be more varied.
